Linda has over 10 years experience in school transport operations working at senior level for a large transport operator as well as operating her own school transport company.

Her knowledge of transport is extensive and covers operational and policy issues. She has designed school transport systems for individual schools as well as clusters of schools ensuring efficient usage of vehicles for home to school and interday work.

She has worked with stakeholders throughout the UK and has successfully developed school transport systems which address local and national level issues to ensure success and sustainability of the project.

She has advised government, locally and nationally, on policy creation and planning for school transport and remains an expert nationally on education and transport policy effecting school and local transport.

Recent projects included the design and strategic development of a school transport pilot scheme and the audit of existing school transport networks for safety and efficiency, ensuring highest standards of deliverables.

Linda has a background in research and information systems. Prior to working in transport she worked as a consultant providing market and product research to corporate clients. She offers clients strong research and business acumen to assist in strategic planning, project implementation and policy and project reviews.
