Neelam has 25 years experience
in all aspects of software development.
She project managed the development
of the public transport module of Citilabs’ Voyager. This
included capturing requirements from a widespread user community,
detailed specification, research into route building algorithms,
developing and testing of prototypes and the production of a marketable
first version. She produced a comprehensive online User guide and
technical description of the algorithms and models in the software
and provided support and training for new users and those converting
from TRIPS.
Prior to that she managed
the TRIPS public transport module and provided support and training
for users.
Experienced in supporting
clients set up Public Transport applications in Cube and TRIPS environment.
Recent work with Minnerva has involved using
OmniTRANS and the development of the revised Trip Attraction and
Generation model for the Dubln Transporttain Office.
She has an interest
in health and well being and was a non-executive director of three
NHS trusts for 14 years, and is currently a board member of an organisation
providing services for the learning disabled.
