Working within an MVA project team, Andrew Last has had a senior role in developing the commercial strategy of one of the shortlisted private sector bidders for the light rail system planned to link Fareham , Gosport and Portsmouth .

This involved devising the different components of the strategy, including pricing, fare systems and ticket products, preparing spreadsheet models to translate the strategy into demand and revenue forecasts, presentations to consortium members and lenders, and preparation of text for the bid document.
